Hi, I’m Brady.
I’m a personalised nutritionist serving individuals and businesses across Fremantle, WA, Perth and beyond. As a passionate foodie, self-confessed nutrition-nerd and lover of the outdoors, my health is important to me.
But it hasn’t always been this way.
For many years, I experienced my own slew of health challenges - breathing issues, depression, anxiety, and crippling lower back pain. I was looking for an answer to fix these problems, and turned to food to find it.
It was fifteen years ago and the ancestral health movement started taking hold. I began eliminating junk food, including the processed and refined food that had somewhere along the way quietly planted itself in my diet. When I started paying attention, I realised that 40% of my calories were coming from grains alone - mostly bread and pasta. I replaced these with well-sourced animal protein, a diverse array of colourful vegetables, and crucially, I learned how to cook. I soon learned to love the process of cooking too – and the very real improvements I saw in my health. The brain fog lifted, I started to breathe easier; I felt less anxious. I felt fitter and sharper. I was hooked.
I turned to the work of key advocates of the ancestral movements - the Weston A Price Foundation, Christopher Masterjohn, Chris Kresser, Robb Wolf to learn more. Naturally interested in the primary literature, I turned to academia, and graduated with a Master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University, London. I studied for 3 years at the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management, and gained a deep appreciation for lifestyle interventions besides nutrition. Now, I am passionate about providing a wide range of holistic modalities and try to weave them into my own daily routine, as well as incorporating them in the interventions I design for my clients. This includes meditation, yoga, breathing, being in nature, playing, having and creating optimism, detoxifying from technology, reading, and of course, exercising.
I now live in Fremantle with my wife and children, and offer one-to-one consultations, functional testing and nutritional therapy. I am available to work together face-to-face or via Zoom. Visit my booking page to get started.

When we understand that food is information that interacts with the uniqueness of the individual, the whole picture becomes very important: genetics, environment, culture – even our values.
