Dosage

• Children: 1 scoop (1.5 g) once daily

• Adults: 2 scoops (3 g) once daily

• Supplement upon awakening in the morning

• May be taken with water, juice or added to yoghurt, kefir or smoothies

• First use: Start with ½ scoop (0.75 g) and increase by ½ scoop (0.75 g) every 5 days until full dose is reached

Warnings

• Not to be used in children under two years without medical advice

• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 12 hours in children 2 - 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 - 6 years, 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years

• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
